• Rates are based on 4 persons or less, additional persons are $10 per night.
• Vacation Rentals are daily, weekly or monthly subject to availability.
• Check out time is 10:00 a.m. Check in time is 3:30p.m.
• Personal checks, Visa, Mastercard and American Express accepted.
• 25% deposit or minimum $250 required to reserve rental.
• Rates are quoted in U.S. dollars and do not include 11% room tax.
• $100 security deposit refundable within 2 weeks of departure.
• Monthly rentals are based on 4 weeks / 28 days.
